A Bridal Shower Tea for Averill

Today I hosted a bridal shower tea at my home for Averill, one of my sister girlfriends. The guests were the rest of the sister girlfreinds; Rose, Paulette, Verona & Ednamay. Our other sister girlfriend could not be there with us because of a family emergency. We had a ball but Barbara was missed!


Averill, the guest of honor. We gave her a tray that holds photograghs, two champagne flutes and a scented jar candle. Much later we handed her a card which we said we forgot to give her with the package. Inside was money for them to stay at a B&B. The tray is for Bob to serve Averill breakfast in bed!

Heart wine stoppers (another favor). We all enjoy wine tasting excursions together, so they will be well used.

Cucumber Dill Hearts & Black Forest Ham with Apricot Jam.

Italain Tempters & Herb Roasted Turkey with Cranberry Jelly.
Fresh Berries sprinkled with Powdered Sugar.
Dark Chocolate Cups filled with Tiramisu Cream, Raspberry-Chocolate Tarts & Lemon Tarts.
Fresh Fruit Tarts & Vanilla Bean Cheesecakes.
