Simple Baked Fish

For a fast, tasty and healthy dinner, take fish fillets (I usually use tilapi tenders I get frozen at Costco), and spread Dijon mustard on top of each piece. Then cover the tops with dried whole wheat bread crumbs and sprinkle the crumbs with fresh thyme leaves. Bake in a 400 degree F oven for about 15 to 20 minutes, or until the size fish you use is cooked through, but not dry. That's it. Serve and enjoy!
