David in the ER in Truckee with Jacob after falling off the wall out at the construction site.

Four days after his fall at the surgeon's office.

In the hospital after his surgery. It took 16 screws and 1 metal plate to put
Humpty Dumpty back together again.

The doctor had to mark David's bandages and sign his toe before going into the OR so the correct foot was
operated on. I don't know
why, but that still makes me laugh. It's been a little over a week since his surgery and he is doing well. He has the pain me'd down to 1 every 6 hours and he is doing everything the doctors tell him to do. Of course, he has had a few harebarained ideas and tried pulling them off. Crazy old man!
