Morning at Whole Foods

This morning my neighbor Deborah and I drove out to Whole Foods. I love the cheese department at Whole Foods, and of course their produce and selection of fresh baked breads from many local bread bakeries are always so tempting. My main reason for going was to order minature pastries for the dessert course of the Bridal Shower Tea I am hosting this Sunday. I couldn't resist picking up some favorites; Triple Cream Brillat Savarin and Mountain Blue Gorgonzola. To spread them on, fresh baked rosemary foccacia. I also picked up an assortment of small squashes, lovely bing cherries, and Black Velvet Apricots. The latter another form of plumcot, but David and I found the texture and taste of these more to our liking.
