Erin Update - 7:15 PM

Today Erin's blood count is better though still not back to normal. She is up more and getting around with a walker. She is also eating better. They didn't do the MRI they were going to do, at least not yet. Rob decided not to leave today and he spent the day with Erin at the hospital. The nurses are busy of course, so when he or Deb are there with her they are caring for her. Deb took the kids to South San Francisco to visit Sally and her mother. She and Ron knew both from St. Veronica's church when they lived in the bay area. They enjoyed the time and Steven was able to let off some steam. It is also fleet week so the Blue Angels were in the air and Steven was thrilled. He loves airplanes! Afterwards Deb and the kids ran errands and went to the local laundrymat. That doesn't sound like a fun thing to do especially with 2 little ones! Rob is still at the hospital. He didn't see any doctors today but for a Sunday that really isn't surprising. That's all for now. Thanks again for prayers, love and support.

Diane,

Thanks for the jarred onions. Funny how something so simple could relieve so much stress and bring back such wonderful memories. The garlic olives were great too. Thanks for the support and love from both you and David in helping to make the whole thing so much easier for all of us.

Love ya,

Ron

I think it's harder NOT being the patient. Debbie will certainly need a week at a spa when all this is over. It's good that Rob stayed. He would always be worrying if he wasn't close to Erin. Hope things continue to improve for Erin.
Looks like you had a great time with the family.
Love to all,
Eileen
