Erin Update 8 PM -- Good News!

Deb just called. Rob called her and told her someone wanted to talk to her. It was Erin and she sounded real good! They changed her pain medications and they are working. Everything she tried eating today stayed down and she was even up walking and used the bathroom instead of the bed pan. Erin told Deb she felt like she has turned the corner and though she knows she has to take it slow to prevent another set-back, she is encouraged. Tomorrow Deb will go see her while Rob stays with the kids. I don't know about you, but I am so relieved I am laughing and crying at the same time! Here's to more good news tomorrow!! Thank God.

This is GREAT news! I am so happy to hear it! I am glad she is eating and feeling so much better, and I am thrilled she is going to take it easy and let her recovery happen at it's own pace! Yippee Erin! Yay!

Hi,

I'm a friend of Deb's back in Glenwood, IA. We've been praying hard for Erin's full recovery and for strength for your family. We are glad Erin is doing better and hope she has a speedy recovery. Tell Deb "Hi" and we miss her. I'll see her when she gets back in town.

I love all your photo stories.

Absolutely wonderful news! Erin, you're right in recognizing that you cannot push your recovery; rest and let your body recoup. All of you: what a great family you are. The love and care that you have surrounding you is grand. Get some rest now; Erin will be well. Love, Vaden

What a relief to hear the good news! Take a deep breath and now relax. Debbie must have been thrilled to hear Erin's voice and know she is feeling so much better. Just take it nice and slow Erin and your body will heal itself. We'll await more good news. Feel the love and know the prayers are still storming heaven.
Love to all, Eileen & Stan
