Deb, Erin and Mackenzie's night-over visit on their way home from Stanford Medical Center was big fun.
They were my guinea pigs and it was an unanimous hit. I will be serving this at our holiday party this year.
We had so much fun catching up with one another, talking about the surgery and having all kinds of discussions, including politics which we all enjoyed. They both liked their journals, and Erin enjoyed the new Halloween Barbie.
Okay, who is taller, me or you?
Pretty much the same, I may have her by a quarter of an inch. Yeah, right.
Mackenzie is growing in leaps and bounds. Great Uncle David did a photo shoot with her; she is quite the little diva you know.
Hard to see them leave, but we will see them next week at Stanford when Erin has her surgery. My brother Ron will be out then too. I can't wait for the hugs to begin!

I hope it all goes well for her ... I'll be thinking of her for sure.
It sure looks like a good time was had by all! You got some great pictures and did great captions! I can't wait to try your sauce over the cheese....next Friday, right? Hee hee :-) I'm sorry I couldn't be there but it was great to talk to you all on the phone! How did they like their journals?
Would never have guessed that that was Erin's Mom..yeah, right, and I am blind.
Looks like a lovely day!!
Oh man, these are such great photos and a beautiful family Diane!
